My little girl (who is 7 months old) LOVES this Jumperoo. I was a little worried about the assembly process. Even with instructions, we tend to have a hard time putting things of this nature together (so many small pieces, not sure which part goes where exactly). What I love love LOVE about this, is that it is SO SIMPLE to put together and NO TOOLS REQUIRED!!! (woo hoo). For example, it has 2 legs, but only the correct leg will go in the correct hole. If you try to put the wrong leg in the wrong hole, it won't snap together. I know this not only because it states this in the instructions, but also, unknowingly, we were putting the wrong leg in the wrong hole and it wasn't going in. When we tried the other hole, it went in with ease - and a SNAP! And everything CLICKS, so you KNOW it's snapped together correctly. We finished putting the whole thing together in less than 15 minutes. Such a breeze! E was sleeping while we were putting her new jumperoo together. She woke up right as we finished up. When she saw jumperoo, her face lit up and then got the BIGGEST smile on her face.
She immediately started playing with the musical light up electronic toy. The songs are super cute - cute - not too loud and or annoying at all. There are 2 settings - 1 where the music is constantly going and another that only makes some sound effects whenever she rolls the little ball (there is also an off button--so technically 3 settings I guess). There is a soft orange plastic froggy that she can bite on, which is perfect as she is starting to teeth. I literally - just today - noticed her very first tooth coming in!!!! E loved the toy arch as well -- reaching for the little spinning pictures of the animals -- grabbing at them -- wanting to twist them around -- but just a little too short to do that at the moment. What is nice though, is that once she grows taller, the jumperoo adjusts to four different heights -- growing with her! I have a feeling that little miss E will be spending *a lot* of fun time in here...practicing her fine motor skills and playing and jumping for hours on end....which brings me to the next point...the seat is soft, removable, machine washable and dryer safe! Hooray! Not going to lie...we've had blow outs in the past (car seat, crib, ON THE PILLOW!!! A few times while we were changing her diaper...and it rocketed out of her with so much force that it made it halfway across the room to the curtains. TMI? Sorry :) Just had to share)...so it's good to know that if it ever happens again (which I'm sure we are not out of the blow out zone yet), we can just easily take the seat off and wash it easy-peasy.

One thing I was surprised about is that the seat doesn't rotate around like other jumperoos. However, thinking about it, it makes sense that it doesn't turn because all of the toys are on the front half of the jumper -- nothing to play with on the back side. My little man - who is no longer so little (4.5 years already!) had the Fisher-Price RainForest Jumperoo and he LOVED it. The minute we put him in there, his little feet started jumping up and down. He was so happy in that thing!
What makes this jumperoo EVEN cooler is that it folds FLAT, making it easy to take places (think: grandparents, in-laws, etc) and makes it easy to store. We all know how big and bulky baby things are...taking up lots of space...so this feature is a HUGE plus!
