Why I love Excedrin!

I hate headaches...especially the ones that are so bad you can't eat, open your eyes or even move for that matter. KidOFit Shoes *Review*

Do you have a hard time finding shoes that fit your kids just right?  My son is super picky about what shoes he wears.  To make things even harder, he has wide feet...because of this, we have a difficult time finding shoes that fit him well and are comfortable for him to wear.

In his 4 and a half years, I have tried almost EVERY brand of shoes I could find and have had a hard time finding one that he truly loves.  My son's most common complaints are usually that the shoes are too tight, too stiff or that they plain hurt his feet.

I am very impressed by KidOFit shoes and am quite bummed I didn't know about them sooner. Where do I even start...these shoes have so many awesome features!

The first thing I noticed about the shoes is how light and flexible they are!  As I mentioned, if the shoes are too stiff, my son would refuse to wear them.  KidOFit shoes are ready to put on and start playing in right away -- no need to break them in.  Which brings me to the next point -- the opening.  It has a wide opening making it easy for kids to put on and take off by themselves, helping them to feel independent, confident and practice learning an important skill. We've had very stiff shoes that my son simply could not put on by himself. Others had complicated straps or tongues, that we would need to help with or we had to adjust after he put on.

KidOFit shoes were created keeping children in mind. These shoes are the closest it gets to walking barefoot. This is the best way of promoting healthy foot development for young ones.

The shoes come with an additional insert (green) that you can use if the shoes are too loose.  Alternately, if the shoes are too tight, you take out the insert  that is already in it (yellow) and insert the extra insert that the shoes come with (which is thinner) and offers more room inside of the shoes. The heel of the shoes also have a velcro strap that you can adjust to your little ones' heels so that the shoes fit just right.

Ok...now for the COOLEST feature.  The soles of the shoes are TRANSPARENT.  Yes! You read that right.  They are transparent. Because of this feature, you can see exactly where your child's toes are (no more feeling and guessing, making sure they are the right fit and size)!!! Such a great idea!

My son loves his new shoes so much, that he hasn't taken them off since they arrived! I could honestly not recommend KidoFit shoes highly enough!!!  Once my daughter is old enough for shoes (and her feet are big enough), KidoFit shoes will definitely be her first shoes!

I was lucky enough to be chosen to try out the new Purex Crystals Aromatherapy!

Having an active 4.5 year old little boy who LOVES to get into EVERYTHING, I was easily doing at least 2 loads of laundry a day. I was forever washing his clothes, towels, favorite blanky and toys.  Now, add a new baby into the mix (now 5.5 months old) and I am doing 3-4 loads A DAY...spit up here, poop explosion there...funny story - we were changing Ms. E's diaper on our bed one day (BIG MISTAKE) she decided to make an EPIC poop that LITERALLY shot out 5 feet hitting our curtains and wall (of course, the blanket and carpet got a taste of it too). Ya...the washing machine and dryer are always going in our house. My mom even commented that she is surprised that my washing machine is still working since I use it ALL.THE. TIME. 

I received the Purex Crystals Aromatherapy in the "Well Being" scent. It is heavenly! I love the smell and even better, love smelling it on the clothes I'm wearing as well as on my kiddos.

If you haven't heard of Purex Crystals Aromatherapy, it is a laundry enhancer that boosts the in-wash scent.  When I first opened my bottle, I instantly fell in-love with the scent. It wasn't too strong, or over powering, but just right. Since I have never used anything like this, I wasn't sure what to expect. I threw in a capful of crystals right into my washing machine before starting it. As I was putting the clothes in the dryer, after the cycle was finished, I could smell that same wonderful smell! I was hoping it was last through the dryer too. Sure enough, when it was time to take out and fold the clothes, the smell was even better (is that possible!?!) and the clothes softer than before.  I immediately put on my favorite t-shirt and was smelling myself (I probably would have looked weird if a neighbor walked by and saw me!!!).  Later that day, when I went to pick up my son from preschool, one of the teachers even commented saying that they loved my perfume. I reported back that I wasn't wearing perfume, but washed my clothes in the new Purex Crystals Aromatherapy.   

I am totally hooked and can't wait to wash EVERY load with this. I can't imagine not using it since having tried it.

Pedigree Stackerz Doggy Snack Review

I -- no -- my pup -- was lucky enough to be selected by Influenster to try out Pedigree's Stackerz snack in Filet Mignon and Bacon Flavor (does that not sound AMAZING!?!)

As if he just knew when the package arrived, Bailey (or Mr. Boo as we call him), was all over the package. He was staring at me intently while I was opening the box. When he saw the treat bag, his tail started wagging excitedly.  I opened the bag, the yummy doggy treat smell filled the air and he was ALL over me. I gave him a piece of the treat and he ran off to his own quiet corner to enjoy his deliciousness.

He is a smart cookie my Mr. Boo.  He knows where we keep the treats and since the arrival of Stackerz, he spends a majority of his day in that area of the kitchen. If someone walks in the area, he will quickly stand up and start looking in the direction of the treats in hopes that someone will give him a tasty treat.

My pup gives an enthusiastic 2 paws up for the Pedigree's Stackerz! I love seeing my little buddy so happy and excited about a new treat (especially because he can be so picky), so I give it 2 thumbs up too!
