And it was much more expensive too! With Redbox's pricing and their multiple kiosks all over the place, it makes renting movies cheaper and a whole lot easier too. I also love that you can look up a specific movie and see which kiosk has it near by you.  They also send out promos for free dvd rentals.

Another way to get a free rental - text APPNOW to 727272 and download the Redbox app on iOS or Android, and get a free 1-night rental when you check out through the app.

My hubby has the app and Redbox will send him codes to free movies if he checks out through the apps.

Every now and then, they have promos where you text them every day, and every day, they will send you a promo code -- sometimes for a free movie, sometimes for $.80 off etc. So if you want to be in on the deals, your best bet is to text Redbox at 727272 with one of the keywords I mentioned above!
